8mm, Super8mm & 16mm Film Pricing
At The Reel House we make our film to
DVD transfer pricing as easy possible. Pricing for the 8mm and
Super8 film transfers are by the reel. All of our prices
include a DVD, custom label, black plastic hard case with insert,
and individual thumbnails. We recommend having a
menu screen with chapter titles for each DVD.
There is a small charge for
menus as they are
very time consuming to create. If
you requested, on the order form we will keep an archived master of
your film footage (you get your original reels back, of course), so
we can quickly recreate your film transfer at a later date. If you
do not request this option, no copies will be archived.

A complete film cleaning and repairing of damaged film sections.

Capturing your film using the highest quality Frame by Frame High Definition capture system available.

Editing the captured movie with a high-tech editing server.

Removal of all unwanted scenes that gave home movies a bad name, such as; over and under exposed scenes that add no recognizable value; people, places, or events you don't wish to remember (with custom editing option); burns, leaders, unintended shots such as shooting your foot; scenes that you determine to be embarrassing to the viewers.

Smooth transitions between all jump cuts

One DVD Master placed in a jewel case with DVD label and outer case label. Artwork will be e-mailed to you for approval. Signature approval required before Master is shipped with artwork. If no signature approval is supplied, Master will be shipped without any artwork (blank DVD label, no sleeve label).

Blue Ray DVD PRICE:
Add $35 for each DVD
Archive a backup:
Add $10 for each SD or HD DVD
A Standard DVD or High Definition DVD (DL) can hold about 2 hours of Video. A Blue Ray DVD can hold about 6 times that much. The quality is the same. You must have a Blue Ray player to play Blue Ray DVDs.
